What is Lyss eating?

Diet

1,450 calories

175 grams of protein

75 grams of fat 

25 grams of carbs

My favorite protein sources: Chicken (grilled and rotisserie are my mucho favorites) Fun fact- If you purchase your chicken and meat at Marianos, they will grill it for you complimentary.  

Eggs, Ground Turkey, White Fish (cod and orange roughey), Tuna and Shrimp

Favorite Fat sources:  Avocado, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil (I also slather it on my skin), Almonds and Cashews.  Of course…BACON

Carbs:  All of my carbs come from my veggies, brussel sprouts, asparagus, spinach/kale/arugala, broccoli and cauliflower are my favorites.  

When eating the same things all the time I like to utilize spices to change up the flavors!  Garlic, lemon, onion, rosemary and sea salt are always my go-to spices.

What is Lyss doing?

Current Workout:

Bodybuilding Split

Day 1 - Legs/Glutes/ Calves and Abs

Cardio is 30 minutes of HIIT on the rowing machine (30 seconds sprint/20 second recovery)

Day 2- Shoulders / Chest and Tris 

Cardio is 30 minutes of HIIT on the stairs (1 minute sprint / 1 minute recovery)

Day 3- Back and Biceps

Cardio is the same as day 2

Day 4- Active Recovery

This day I will take a yoga class, go for a long swim or a long walk.

Start again with Day 5
